The Georgia Department of Agriculture’s Commodity Commission for Milk (GA ACCM) is excited to announce that its Milk on My Mind campaign will be coming to Athens, Georgia.

“We are excited to dive in to a new community and get to know the individuals who make Athens great,” said Andy Harrison, Commodity Commissions Manager.

The Milk on My Mind campaign launched in June 2017 in Rome, Georgia to encourage people to drink cow’s milk and incorporate dairy into their daily nutrition. The campaign is funded by the dairy farmers of Georgia and focuses on providing accurate information about milk and dairy farms and creating conversations to hear from consumers on their thoughts about dairy.

Be on the lookout for campaign mascot Mini Moo and the Milk on My Mind team at various events around Athens this Spring!

The Milk on My Mind campaign is an initiative of the Georgia Department of Agriculture and the dairy farmers of Georgia to spread the word about the importance of milk, educate the community about where their milk comes from, and to show Georgians why milk is always on our minds.
